we got put in the roman tower. the walls were really thin. at 3am we could hear our left side neighbors. and at 8am, we could hear our right side neighbors. we informed the front desk of this situation, and they were very friendly and willing to change our room. so we got upgraded to the palace tower to a mini suite. it had 2 toilets and a jacuzzi in the room and a shower with 2 showerheads and a hallway! the upgraded room was really nice. so beware of what rooms you select (if you have the choice).

When we called in advance to inquire about pool cabana accomodations and even when we arrived and asked the concierge questions, it seemed like it was everyone's first day - none of the employees seemed to know anything! We had to wait almost 2 hours for our room before it was ready and all we received for compensation was VIP access to a few clubs. It seemed like the only friendly, knowledgeable and helpful person was the bell hop. I could be wrong but I thought in our room description on the travel website it said there was a fridge. We assumed the fridge would be accessible for personal use but it was only for pay-for-drinks. My fellow travelers found a wet spot on the floor upon arrival and were complaining about a dirty vent. There was no garbage can in the separate toilet area. This might sound small but the toilet paper rolls were too large for the toilet paper holder fixtures. The hotel was beautiful, our room was spacious (especially the jetted tub), Serendipity 3 had great food (the service was so slow however!) and the pools were awesome! But, I highly doubt I would stay here again because of the staff service and all-around experience.

I absolutely love the Casear palace. It was a great experience and excellent location on the strip. All staff members were helpful and very friendly. The club had an excellent dj with a very diverse crown. I would recommend this hotel to everyone staying in Las Vegas

Caesars is the bomb. This hotel did not disappoint. It costs a lot for a reason, because it kicks serious amounts of butt. It is expensive, no doubt, the food, the drinks, all of it. But, it's all tasty and good. The biggest gripe I had is that drinks at the pool were * dollars a pop, the same drinks in front of Caesars are * dollars. That's insane!!! If you have the cash to throw out, than this place is great for sure. The food options after midnight are limited if you are up late. We also had trouble getting more towels for our room, taking over 15 hours to get new towels!! They came at 6 am to finally deliver, waking us up, that was an experience that was not great. Overall, I'd still stay there again, but I'd have a bigger spending budget. The pool isn't very shady, pack a ton of sunscreen or money for a cabana and the stores in the forum shops are all fun if your budget allows.

My husband and I absolutely LOVED this hotel. There a various pools and the setting at each is so beautiful - we visited the pool area every day of our stay at 8:00 am for a couple of hours! The shop area in the hotel is mostly limited to high end stores but if you are looking for more moderate shopping the 100 mile shops are almost across the street as are several other top hotels and casinos. We had such a terrific time here and saw the BEST shows (Cher) and one of the BEST meals (Mesa Grill, Chef Bobby Flay) - would definitely return!
